Lee Grant joined Town as First-Team Coach in May 2022 after retiring from his 22-year professional playing career.

The shot-stopper, who made more than 500 appearances in his career and completed his UEFA Pro Licence in 2023, has played an important role alongside the coaching staff with the Club's outfield players.

Since Lee’s arrival at Portman Road, Town have secured back-to-back promotions from League One up to the Premier League.
